ENERGY. Daily energy practice built on The Carter Method — nervous system regulation, healthy self-talk, and the daily micro-habits that build the presence we call "aura." Plus spirit and psychic development work with guest facilitator Patricia Monna.
STORY. Guided story work that takes you from struggle to triumph — uncovering the story only you can tell, and shaping it into a brand story, an interview story, and a stage story you can use the moment you get home.
LOOK. A full beauty and styling day: guided-meditation face mask, gua sha, ice rolling, skin and makeup tips, hair styling, and help finding your own signature power look — closing with red carpet, photos, and a party limo.
ELEVATE. The payoff stage. One woman selected at the retreat will receive a featured interview in QP Magazine — announced live at AURA.
